De wettelijke incassokosten brief is een brief die u dient te sturen voordat wij er een incassoprocedure van maken.
Deze brief geeft de debiteur aan dat hij nog 14 dagen heeft om het bedrag te betalen voordat er wettelijke incassokosten bovenop komen. Mocht de debiteur het openstaande bedrag niet betalen binnen de 14 dagen dan dient de debiteur extra kosten te betalen.
